It was a great hotel in Seoul. The room was neat and equipped with electronic gadgets, a huge bathtub, irons as described. We appreciated the Korean cuisine in the restaurant.

There was no breakfast.

I loved good sized and well-maintained room here.

It had very central location close to a royal Confucian shrine. All of the staff were very very helpful, patient. Rooms with a terrace had a family atmosphere.

Our stay was attractive and competitive value for money. We were in Seoul for 1 day, had pleasant stay, the hotel was reasonably clean with absolutely perfect and magnificent location to the Gwangjang market.

As a budget traveler, I absolutely loved the strategic location of the hotel, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest metro station. The abundance of street food nearby with affordable prices was a delightful bonus. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and tidy, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure the rooms were well-maintained and provided fresh towels and emptied trash cans daily. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay, and the availability of amenities like in-room computers and a wide range of cable channels added to the convenience. if I ever visit Seoul again, this hotel would definitely be my top choice.

Felt extremely safe, nothing to complain about.

we found everything nice, recommend it to others. unbeatable location of the hotel to the gwangjang market. further, it was near to street food and coffee shop open until late night, jongno-3 subway station and close to most tourist attractions including markets.

I loved the balcony and the way the room looked. The big screen tv was great. We loved the jacuzzi! THe hotel staff(that spoke English) were helpful. The hotel is located close to subway and downtown area.

The bed was very hard! Hard as a rock! The pillows sucked! I didn't sleep well either night we were there! THe internet in the room kept going out on one of the computers while you were using the other one. So there were two computers in the room but you could only use 1. The dvd player didn't work. Lots of noise from the street at night!

The Amare hotel is a jewel.....very inexpensive.....very modern.....very excellant location in downtown Seoul. Difficult to find though.....on little alleyway that local shop owners and taxis all had trouble finding. If travelling anywhere in Seoul.....take hotel business card with you....taxi drivers all have gps. Taxis very cheap!!! Due to jet lag....we over slept checkout by an hour....hotel woke us up and did not charge us.

Fantastic venue, appetising food, amazing location in the subway station. Traditional restaurant on the premises, beautifully maintained room with a balcony, jacuzzi bathtub and a huge bed. Location just next door to the tourist hub of Insa-dong for Seollal, all the major sightseeing/shopping areas and lots of great restaurants.

Comfortable bed, friendly check-in staff. Love motel undergoing changes. Convenient location near weekend market and traditional restaurants. Stayed for partying, late check-out with small fee. Spacious room with Jacuzzi and PCs for gaming or browsing.

The hotel staff was friendly. Location and facilities of the hotel were great. The balcony was cute, however during my stay I did not have time to use it ~ Fint hotel med lækkert beliggenhed. Kan varmt anbefales til solo traveller eller ungt par.

The price of the room was a little overcharged compared what you can get elsewhere, however it was a comfortable stay. The room was also small consider it "deluxe double room".

Spotless, good value hotel, its location was favourable and fantastic and near to the subway and many restaurants, stores and sights to see nearby and the Gwangjang market and jongno-3 subway station and airport bus station. Booked a room with a terrace. A shower, hairdryers, and a bidet was a plus. Was a chilled-out base for weekend.

Perfectly clean hotel, and the staff were very helpful, location was wonderful to the Gwangjang market. Booked a room with jacuzzi. Location: the property was so close to close to 3 subway stations, and metro stations. Plus it was max 5 mins walk to the lake.

The property was absolutely fantastic with helpful staff. The hotel had excellent location adjacent to the Jongno shopping street and Insadong and sights, transportation and nothing else.

Gorgeous hotel in Seoul. Huge, tidy room with a jacuzzi bathroom and a shower, hairdryers and a bidet. Down pillows, extremely comfy bed. Particularly good area, 800 feet to Jongno-3ga metro stop. Great choice for weekend.
